Battery holder
The height of the battery is installed as high as possible so that it is as close to the center of gravity of the motor.
If you set it to the highest position, the battery can be installed at a position 11.5mm higher from the main chassis.
The battery can be adjusted in height and left and right by placing a spacer in the battery holder.
It can be placed about 2mm further inside the innermost position of the GRK5.
Steering related
By making the servo mount made of aluminum, you can get a crisp steering feeling!
There is a hole in the chassis where you can add a steering post, so by adding a post, the rigidity around the front is further improved!
In the case of the GS2 EVO, the aluminum servo mount is floated and fixed to the main chassis in the center to uniform the rigidity of the left and right.
Resin servo mounts and 2-Way aluminum servo mounts can be fixed to this aluminum servo mount.
Vibration control
The vibration generated by the motor is transmitted from the suspension mount to the suspension arm, and the traction that was lost by the transmission to the tire is reduced by fixing the motor mount and gear case to the rear plate of a separate type.
The structure is in which the susmount and the rear plate are not in contact.
At the same time, the position of the gear case is raised up to optimize the angle of the universal shaft.
Control hunting by putting a lot of slits in the space where the gyro is installed, making it difficult to transmit vibrations directly.
Chassis brace
Aluminum chassis braces are added to the side of the rear to increase the rigidity in the roll direction.
Weight reduction of the front
Although high-rigidity 3mm carbon is used, the front overhang part boldly removes the meat and reduces the weight.
The front width is also narrower by calculating the chassis roll.
